Follow the red chilli down a little street to get to Ti kaz là, the restaurant of chef Philippe Dade. Here, you'll be right by the water, with a splendid view of Les Saintes bay and its famous Cabrit Islet. The menu of the restaurant (reservation required) features a tomato gaspacho with homegrown lemon verbena-flavoured ricotta and a rose of smoked tuna, a lobster ravioli with tangy vegetable juice, or the chef's speciality : a seafood choucroute. Don’t leave without trying the mango soufflé, to be ordered at the beginning of your meal. A good time to share with family or friends.
