This is a perfect restaurant for those seeking calm and isolation. This well named hotel-restaurant: the Plein Soleil, is perched in the heights of the Pointe Thalémont at the end of a long track. This haven of peace, overlooking the bay of François and its islets, is conducive to a Zen and romantic stay. In the kitchen, we find the chef Rudy Reclair, known from the best establishments on the island and, in particular, at Le Plein Soleil where he made his debut. A chef with the daring to innovate every day, with a unique combination of dishes at €48. This local boy is inventive, creating an original cuisine, where Creole herbs and spices enhance classic French dishes more or less redesigned, sometimes accompanied by local produce. A few examples: Crème de légumes, Supreme and thigh of quail with foie gras; Spiced roast rack of lamb, perfectly accompanied by a handful of Jerusalem artichokes, melting oyster mushrooms and irresistible gnocchi.
