The chef at Zawag, Nicolas Bonnot, first cut his teeth in French palaces before heading to Hawaii to take the reigns at the Creole Beach restaurant, a 4-star hotel complex in Pointe de la Verdure, Gosier. The restaurant sits at the end of a pretty garden facing the ocean. Savour French and local cuisine as the sea spray soothes you in a charming and discreet setting. Lobster is served with vegetables and butterfly prawns are served in an old rum flambée with large sea snail. Delicious!
