The restaurant of the Creole Beach Hotel, located in Pointe de la Verdure, Le Gosier, only opens in the evening. You will find it at the back of the garden, on the ocean side, right by the sea – you can even feel the light ocean spray while eating in this charming and intimate setting made of dark wood. The food is local with a classic French twist : lobster with vegetables and carcass cream, shrimp tails flambéed with aged rum, giraumon squash mousseline with curry and Creole sauce. Meat lovers will opt for a veal chop served with conch or a grilled beef tenderloin with apples and rosemary gravy. For dessert, try the chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream.
