Two decades ago, Pascal Giglio, the master chef and restaurateur, set the pots and pans dancing at the famous Taverne Caribéenne in Pointe Milou. Here, among the stylish Jules Verne-inspired decor, the menu features home-made dishes, based on fresh local produce. In an electro atmosphere, the chef offers his signature dishes: a redesigned version of Tigre qui Pleure (marinated beef, sesame, lemongrass-scented noodles), Tuna Tataki, or Mojo Verde Calamari, served with a coriander pesto. Wonderful French cuisine, seasoned with Asian flavours, and sometimes sprinkled with a few grains of caviar. The impressive menu of spirits and cocktails will help the rest of the evening go with a swing.
