This historic restaurant of Grand-Case, which reopened in January 2019 after a significant renovation undertaken by the new owners, is really nice. The dining room is welcoming with elegantly set tables, and the staff friendly and attentive. The current chef, who used to be the sous-chef, prepares his dishes with fresh ingredients like locally caught snapper. One half of the menu changes every two weeks. Valet parking is available which is a bonus during high season. The location of the restaurant, next to the sea, in the heart of Grand-Case’s tourist area, is an asset. It's a great place to have a good meal during your stay in Saint-Martin.
