A great revival for the restaurant of the hotel Karibea, facing the sea in Pointe de la Verdure. The manager has surrounded herself with a skilled chef – a disciple of Auguste Escoffier with an interesting career in the Caribbean – and a talented catering director, a chef as well, who had obtained a good score (13/20) in the Gault et Millau first edition. This tandem should have some great surprises in store for the next few months. The restaurant Le Pélican should soon come out with a new menu. The only small disappointment is the absence of cocktails and appetizers to enjoy an apéritif in front of the sea.
