Le Campêche is one of the two restaurants at the Eastern Cape, the famous Lagoon Resort & Spa in the seaside resort Le François. By the sea, but well protected from the wind, this exceptional place is close to being a "little corner of paradise". The team from the hotel's fine-dining restaurant, Le Belem, currently under construction, is in the kitchen here. The two chefs offer a cuisine inspired by continuity, with, in addition, a just-back-from-the-market menu and dishes composed largely of seafood: like dolphinfish tartare, and lobster pasta with shellfish milk. Of course you can also enjoy the swimming pool and, for example, delicious cocktails and home-made fruit juices.
