This institution of downtown Cayenne hasn't aged a bit since its opening in 1996. Aptly named with its rustic furniture, this noisy and lively restaurant has a really friendly atmosphere. Regulars of diverse origins come here to enjoy grilled meats cooked on a wood fire by the Brazilian manager – never less than 350 grams of meat per person ! – as well as cold and hot starters, fish dishes, and an authentic cassoulet.
