In the dining room, Jean-Michel Frou, trained in Nîmes and, in the kitchen, Cédric Ciccoli, a graduate from the Nice hotel school. Together they are developing this establishment as a good place to come for lunch or dinner by the pool. Based on the simple principle of "good produce well prepared", the cuisine is tasty and in the spirit of the region. Generous salads, grilled meats and fresh fish of the day make this "straw hut" restaurant well worth trying.
