A recent addition to the Remire Montjoly restaurant scene, La Marinière is a gourmet restaurant in the BELOVA hotel complex, bought in 2016 by the GSF Group and managed by Serge Fulgence, who invests his efforts both in the kitchen and front of house. Specialising in fish, crustaceans and seafood, it plays on its maritime roots. When you visit, don’t miss the famous Poisson du fleuve Maroni, the Jamais goûté boucané (€17.50) or lemongrass steamed croupia (€16.50). At the end of the meal, finish off your evening at Le Titane bar, within the same establishment for a nice touch. Entry is free for the restaurant’s diners.
