This place is out of the ordinary, to say the least, you can imagine it being straight out of Hollywood film studios. A schooner washed up on the banks of the Maroni River, with the evocative name Golden Harvest. Sympathetic restoration has highlighted the remains of this historic sailing ship. And here is a unique location, a restaurant boat, which offers its guests a culinary journey with a view of the Saint Laurent or the Surinam. The chef is inspired by Latin American and Chilean flavours, especially: Empanadas, Ceviche, Loubine (sea perch) raw and spiced, Mouqueca d'acoupa. You can also simply come and enjoy a drink while you watch the sun sink into the river.
