La Belle Amédée is aptly named. This lovely restaurant was created in 2007 in a typical Louisiana style house, surrounded by a lush garden, on a piece of land protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral. The chef prepares fusion dishes, inspired by his travels and local flavours. The lobster cappuccino and its crab ravioli with wasabi emulsion or the chic lamb kebab are delicious, but be aware of the bill !
