La Belle Amédée has earned its stripes. This pretty restaurant emerged in 2007, in a typical Louisiana house, surrounded by luxurious gardens on a pocket of greenery protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral. The chef likes to develop fusion food, inspired by his travels and local flavours. The lobster cappucino served with crab ravioli in a wasabi emulsion, or the lamb shish kebab are likely to win you over, but the bill may not have the same effect.
