Refined Habitation du Comté de Lohéac is set in the village of Sainte-Rose, in the north of Basse-Terre. Enjoy gourmet dining in this magnificent colonial house built in 1948 in the countryside. The chef skilfully combines local and traditional French ingredients, such as Creole black pudding with apple and foie gras. The menu offers also a selection of fish and meat dishes, such as guinea fowl breast with curry and pineapple. It is not an easy task to make a choice !
