Here is the new Coco Kafé, which the residents have known as an extension of the Aquarium of Guadeloupe, and which can be found a few metres further on, now modernised. A charming innovative and original bistro, as its new chef, Maître Restaurateur Jean-Claude Valvason explains. Particular attention is paid here to local products: fish is delivered every day by Olivier and Michaël Philogène, Pointe-Noire fishermen. The chef's specialities include Coco maïpo, a delicious chicken marinated in ginger, and red , served with shrimp sautéed on a hot platter.
