The Christo is the evening restaurant of the Christopher hotel, set between the sea and the beautifully lit pool. Here you will enjoy a truly gourmet experience, filled with flavours. Talented chef Nicolas Tissier prepares his dishes with both passion and skill, like the grilled white asparagus, ceccina de buey of Galicia, European lobster different ways, or roast of snapper with bacon to share. Meat lovers will find the best pieces of meat in the world, for two or four people : slow-cooked shoulder of baby lamb or a 45-day aged prime rib from the Boucherie Nivernaise. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy an excellent Grand Marnier soufflé or a chocolate coulant with chocolate from the Chocolaterie de l’Opéra. Try one of the cocktails with original ingredients such as the Bloody Cinq with truffle and celery or the Niseko Valley with sake, Chartreuse and yuzu. The staff is efficient and discrete, and the chef often goes round the tables to greet the guests.
