There are three in the kitchen: Jet, Lee et Mart. Trained by Vichit Mukura in the kitchens of the Mandarin Oriental hotel restaurant in Bangkok, (two stars and 1st among the 50th Best in Asia), they put their names to authentic and tasty Thai cuisine here in Saint Barths. They serve the most classic and popular dishes, like the chicken and shrimp ravioli soup, street food from the Thai capital, to the famous fiery Tigre qui Pleure by way of the Nems de crabe, and their revisited versions of Black Tiger-style Tartare de thon rouge, and, on a sweet note, the iced chocolate macaroon with matcha tea. The ambiance here offers a new sensations for all your senses. Not to mention the friendly welcome from the owner and the professionalism of the staff: a truly exotic island restaurant worthy of further exploration.
