In the middle of the royal marina, still wearing discernible stigmas of hurricane Irma, the Be Kool is a nice place to stop, with its straightforward, quality cuisine. The two sons, one of whom was trained by Robuchon, are in the kitchen. They should eventually take over from their father, in charge of the dining room. The cuisine, based on quality ingredients, is simple and well-mastered. The atmosphere is friendly, though a bit noisy. This restaurant is definitely going places.
