Aux Amis is the evening restaurant of Le Barthélemy hotel. In an elegant and low key setting, you can enjoy a creative, seasonal cuisine with international flavours. Try the snail cassolette and oyster mushrooms with cooked tomato and crispy onions or the wahou (smoked on the premises) with a vegetable tartar, granny smith apple and wasabi.
