Marc and Matthieu took over this small restaurant built in lava stone in 2018, located on your left as you leave the jetty on Jean Calot street. Sleek decor with a well-ventilated patio area promise chilled and enjoyable evenings. The chef, a Maître restaurateur, concocts dishes featuring flavours from the Caribbean and alternates between special suggestions and a menu that is short but always full of temptation. During your visit, indulge in freshly grilled saury fillets, Rossini Tuna in a virgin olive oil sauce, locally grown aubergine caviar with black olives, and a dessert of chocolate ginger fondant served with a peanut ice cream. A fine dining restaurant not to be missed, where food and wine pairings showcase the cuisine. Incidentally, the wine bar is a great place to spend a couple of hours with friends as you taste the meat and ripened cheese-based tapas dishes sourced directly from mainland France.
